Title: Fantastic Place for a Family Stay

My children wanted to have more activities specifically catered to them.

The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel right at home. The free WiFi was a big plus for me, as it allowed me to stay connected with friends and family during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower was convenient and ensured that I had a refreshing start to my day. I loved that the room was nicely furnished, giving it a charming and homely touch. The TV in the room was a nice addition for some relaxing downtime after a long day of exploring. The spacious room had a separate seating area, which was perfect for unwinding and enjoying a cup of tea.

Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower in the bathroom.

Well furnished room with bathroom, reasonably priced. Comfortable location in a peaceful area adjacent to old town restaurants, zur alten Stadtmauer due to the cost, and centre.

great-sized and airy rooms were nicely furnished with view on the water. the breakfast offered was rich with selections to choose from, cakes, couldn't have asked for more. as for me, the location was beautiful, right by the main train station and a pond that's part of the waterways surrounding the old part of town.

Booked a room with perfect views of the garden. The location was marvellous and fantastic, for example, An der Obertrave was within walking distance of the hotel...

The service is friendly, includes private parking. Glad I took suite, it was airy and good-sized.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Lübeck's historic sites and attractions, including the famous Holstentor gate and the stunning cathedral. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in my room, especially the free WiFi which made staying connected a breeze. The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet that was definitely worth waking up for, providing a great start to the day. The staff were professional and helpful, providing tour and ticket assistance when needed. The hotel has a charming terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

No refrigerator in the room.

Our room was on the top floor, providing a charming view of the old town. The staff at Zur Alten Stadtmauer were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the hotel's location was convenient. We also appreciated the availability of umbrellas for borrowing. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lubeck.

The breakfast selection was delicious and we loved that we could enjoy it on the verandah overlooking the garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.- The location of the hotel was perfect, right near the centre, making it easy for us to walk everywhere.

One day, the bin collection was very early and noisy, but that was partially our fault for having the windows wide open. The staircase was quite small and difficult to maneuver with suitcases, but this seems to be common in small inns within cities.

Stayed in the guesthouse across the road. Really nice room. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

The warm welcome and friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. They offered a delicious breakfast buffet on our late arrival. The room was ready earlier than we anticipated. We were also given a huge lunch package for our journey as we left fairly early.

Bright and clean place, perfect view of the garden. Beautiful area, very central location just off the main train station as well as the city centre-ideal for sightseeing.

The rooms at Hotel zur alten Stadtmauer are so cozy and comfortable. They have everything you need, like free WiFi and a private bathroom with a nice shower. It feels like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the TV in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a sitting area and coffee in the room. Super-friendly and very pleasant staff, wonderful location near to the river and parkland so a lovely place for an evening stroll, lubeck for a short holiday break, and almost all attractions and breakfast provided.
